I oversee relationships and contracts with cross-border Train Operators and ScotRail, handling negotiations, resolving complex issues, and driving both operational and financial results. In addition to these responsibilities, I provide strategic planning and specialist financial guidance to the executive team, support Programme Team activities as we prepare for the next Control Period, and lead the Operations Efficiency Delivery Group, dedicated to achieving ambitious efficiency targets.
Since joining Network Rail in 2004, I have taken on a variety of roles both in Scotland and across the UK.
