With more than two decades of experience in the rail industry, I currently work for the Route Director, leading the Customer and Commercial Contracts team. In addition to these responsibilities, I provide strategic planning and specialist financial guidance to the executive team, support Programme Team activities as we prepare for the next Control Period, and lead the Operations Efficiency Delivery Group, dedicated to achieving ambitious efficiency targets.

Since joining Network Rail in 2004, I have taken on a variety of roles both in Scotland and across the UK. My previous posts include Station Manager at Glasgow Central and Head of Regulatory Economics, where I led the team responsible for recalibrating and setting Access Charges and Incentives for Periodic Review 23.
